Summer is here and things are ready to be picked from the garden. I just picked this mix of red/green bell peppers, anaheimĀ peppers, banana peppers, jalapenos, onions and limes.
I am planning on canning the banana peppers and jalapenos this year. Some peppers and the onions will be used to make salsa, I will be using this amazing recipe I found/altered last year… it was a big hit! I will share the recipe when I get the salsa made sometime in the next month. Bell peppers will be used for dinner… they never do to waste around here. Oh and the limes are perfect for a vodka/gin and tonic.
